New data sheds light on load-shedding under de Ruyter’s leadership – worst since 2007

A new report released by the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) has revealed that, under current Eskom CEO Andre de Ruyter, South Africa has experienced its worst load-shedding since 2007.
